Paris Gramann is a project manager, creative consultant, and entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary background spanning psychology, design research, education, marketing, and sustainable business strategy. As the founder of Empower Creative Agency, she specializes in executing meaningful projects that blend community impact with practical strategy. She has successfully designed and led initiatives ranging from children’s book development to e-learning modules, client media series, professional development workshops, and Kickstarter campaigns. With experience interviewing stakeholders, developing pitch decks, crafting content strategies, and managing complex timelines, she brings both structure and heart to every project. Paris’s work consistently centers empathy, accessibility, and mindful communication—whether she is supporting small businesses, developing content for families, or designing tools for neurodivergent-friendly daily life.

Al Green is a seasoned video producer, digital storyteller, and creative strategist with over two decades of experience in media production and branded content. He has owned and operated multiple media businesses, including two companies that successfully merged in 2009, where he continued as Lead Video Producer and owner until 2020. Today, Al serves as Video Marketing Supervisor at Greencastle, where he brings the company’s mission and personality to life through video, social media, and digital storytelling. He is also the host of Shots from the Winchester, Greencastle’s podcast that highlights leadership strategies, business insights, technology trends, and inspiring stories from veterans and innovators. Al’s creative expertise spans branded awareness content, social media marketing, content creation, and narrative design.

At his core, Al is a storyteller with a passion for science fiction, audio adventures, and visual narratives that spark impact. Outside of his role at Greencastle, he spends his time developing entertainment and gaming projects, working on media for social causes, and writing original sci-fi content. Before his media career, Al served in the U.S. Army as a Generator Technician, including overseas service in Bosnia SFOR to support regional stabilization. He later earned his Bachelor of Science from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and went on to receive recognition from the Senate of Pennsylvania in 2008 for his medical rehabilitation training video used during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Whether he’s behind the camera, behind a microphone, or behind a story—Al is driven by a commitment to creativity, service, and human-centered storytelling.
