Speaker Spotlight
🎤 Speaker: Andrea Marshall
Andrea Marshall is an educator, project manager, and positive psychology practitioner. After spending her early career teaching math and physics she obtained her Project Management credentials and led projects in product development engineering and software for several years before shifting to IT projects and enterprise software platforms. Eventually she transitioned to a department leadership role at a global biotech. Over the years she developed a strong interest in the characteristics of high performance in both individuals and teams, sparking a desire to understand why some teams thrive while others struggle. How do leaders and organizations support project managers and project teams for more effective outcomes. This led her to the study of positive psychology.
Today she blends her skills and knowledge helping organizations build a thriving culture where people can thrive and projects can deliver their full value. She believes in a world where every workplace is a source of energy, purpose, and connection.
